I took this photo around the time when Eric Gardner, and many other African Americans were being killed by law enforcement. It was about 30 degrees outside and this guy was wearing these short ass shorts with serious stance towards the NYPD. He stood there for about 5 minutes. This photo speaks volumes to that moment in time.
